A representation of a panel in the lid of a casket, mainly veneered in ivory, stained and carved in low relief, found in the tomb of Tutankhamun. The king, standing before a pavilion in a garden, receives from his wife, Ankhesenamun, two bouquets of flowers and mandrake fruits that the maidens are gathering in arbours in the lower register. The queen, elaborately attired and perfumed, wears the double uraei and flowing girdle of a royal heiress. One significant deviation of the papyrus from the original scene is the pants that the queen wears. In the original, she wears nothing beneath her dress.
