Papyrus width: 24" height: 16 1/2", Papyrus Art width: 18" heighth: 14 1/2" Hand painted and signed on DARK papyrus. A representation of the famous "zodiac" from Dendra which depicts astrological figures and symbols in a fusion of Egyptian and foreign ideas. The original scene was removed by Napoleon's Expedition and is now in the Louvre Museum in Paris. This papyrus also provides the modern zodiac symbols outside of the original depiction.
